missingWrote a review on Nov 04convenient locationnondairy milkloud noisemalfunctioning appliancelimited breakfast
A convenient location with full kitchen capabilities made this stay comfortable, especially at the government rate. The option for nondairy milk at breakfast was a pleasant surprise for a vegan like me. However, the loud snoring from the neighboring room disturbed my peace, and the ice maker in our room was malfunctioning. While the breakfast was sufficient, some options could use improvement, such as the sausage selection.

Enjoyed shopping at the outlets and relaxing with friends. The breakfast was great each day, and the rooms were comfy and spacious. Perfect for hanging out after exploring local spots.
I found the pool a bit crowded during our stay, which made it hard to enjoy it fully.

This place suits me perfectly! The comfy bed, fast wi-fi, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I still remember how the staff returned my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Highly recommend, and I’m coming back for Easter!

Family stay with some bumps
The breakfast was GREAT! LOVED THE VARIETY! We booked two rooms and the staff adjusted the price without any fuss when we found one room wasn't clean.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but acceptable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19spacious suitefunctional kitchencomplimentary breakfastno elevator
The One-Bedroom King Suite offers a decent amount of space and a functional kitchen that includes dishware, perfect for families. Complementary breakfast is a notable perk, featuring hot options that make mornings easier when you’re on the go.
There are no elevators in the building, making it cumbersome to haul luggage up three flights—especially for anyone with mobility issues. The parking layout requires navigating a dark courtyard to reach the lobby, which feels awkward. Housekeeping is hit-or-miss. during multiple stays, it was sparse, with no daily linens or trash removal. Additionally, noise from the upstairs neighbors disrupts sleep, as sound travels too easily between floors. Water temperatures in the shower can fluctuate, which can be jarring when expecting a steady flow. Furthermore, the lack of clear communication about pool access left some guests disappointed upon arrival.

Nice spot for families!
We had a fun stay here for a soccer tournament! The place is super spacious and clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a game-changer for our fam. Just a heads up, there’s no elevator, so we lugged bags up the stairs. Staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed the bar area for a late-night snack. Just wish they had decaf coffee in the room too.

Pleasant Stay with Family
We had a lovely family stay in a spacious two-bedroom suite. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, despite it getting a bit noisy. Breakfast options could use some improvement, but we appreciated the full kitchen for homemade meals.

Just a great fit for a break on long journey in Mount Laurel with very good value for money. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelettes by Luis and Juan, which saved us a lot compared to eating out. Be aware there are no elevators, so ask for a first-floor room if that's a concern.
